Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead guest services and front desk operations at our Washington, DC property. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and coaching of associates while driving guest satisfaction and revenue integrity.

This role partners with other hotel departments to uphold brand standards and sustainability goals, manage budgets, review incident logs, and ensure compliance with safety and accounting controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years hospitality-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Improve guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
• Monitor front office financial operations and enforce accounting controls.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee vendor and personnel contracts.
• Manage room inventory and minimize overbooking.
• Ensure safety practices per MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
