Job summary

VOLTO Consulting seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC, onsite. The role focuses on financial services workflows, credit risk pricing, and capital markets pricing models.

You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications and collaborate with business, tech, and delivery teams to drive complex initiatives. Responsibilities include requirements management, data mapping for central pricing data, and ensuring QA through test scripting, UAT, and agile milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience focusing on credit risk, loan pricing, or capital markets workflows.
• Experience with credit pricing models (PD/LGD/EAD) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Precision Lender pricing application or prior BofA experience in this domain.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and system requirement analysis translating stakeholder needs into specifications.
• Support solution delivery across complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, technology and delivery teams to define objectives and assess impacts.
• Manage scope and requirements decisions; identify integration points across the app ecosystem.
• Identify platform capability needs and define feature definitions.
• Serve as domain expert; provide thought leadership from implementation experience.
• Ensure quality, traceability and delivery execution.
• Translate credit pricing models (PD/LGD/EAD) into system architecture blueprints.
• Map data from source systems to central pricing database.
• Design test scripts and data-driven automation; conduct UAT to validate decisions.
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL to analyze model data and reverse-engineer pricing logic.
• Debug data pipeline issues; review DB objects, triggers, stored procedures.
• Guide junior analysts and champion Agile milestones.
