Experis/Manpower Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a Charlotte, NC hybrid role supporting a leading financial services organization. The BA will partner with traders, sales and operations to analyze complex front-office requirements, translate them into Jira epics and user stories, and drive delivery within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Capital Markets BA experience in Front Office environments.
• Knowledge of FICC products (IFR swaps, FX, fixed income) is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into Jira epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business requirements for derivatives, rates, FX, and fixed income.
• Collaborate with traders, sales, operations, and tech to elicit and translate needs into epics and stories.
• Drive delivery within an Agile framework ensuring alignment with trading and operational objectives.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Front Office support team, working closely with traders, sales, operations, and technology professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and effective communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role

Pay Range: $55 to $60 on W2

What's the Job?

• Support FICC trading businesses by analyzing and documenting complex business requirements related to derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX, and fixed income products.
• Partner with traders, sales, operations, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear Jira epics and user stories.
• Drive the delivery of solutions within an Agile framework, ensuring alignment with strategic trading and operational objectives.
• Work hands-on with pricing and valuation platforms, trade lifecycle management, and market data integration to optimize front-office workflows.
• Bridge communication between business and technology teams to facilitate seamless project execution and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets, with a focus on Front Office environments.
• Deep knowledge of FICC products, including interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps, FX derivatives, fixed income securities, repos, and OTC derivatives.
• Strong understanding of trade capture, pricing, valuation, risk, and trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with front-office trading platforms, pricing engines, and valuation tools.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into Jira epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
