Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Role
Pay Range: $55 to $60 on W2
What's the Job?
- Support FICC trading businesses by analyzing and documenting complex business requirements related to derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX, and fixed income products.
- Partner with traders, sales, operations, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear Jira epics and user stories.
- Drive the delivery of solutions within an Agile framework, ensuring alignment with strategic trading and operational objectives.
- Work hands-on with pricing and valuation platforms, trade lifecycle management, and market data integration to optimize front-office workflows.
- Bridge communication between business and technology teams to facilitate seamless project execution and continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets, with a focus on Front Office environments.
- Deep knowledge of FICC products, including interest rate swaps, cross-currency swaps, FX derivatives, fixed income securities, repos, and OTC derivatives.
- Strong understanding of trade capture, pricing, valuation, risk, and trade lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with front-office trading platforms, pricing engines, and valuation tools.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Jira epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
