Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Front Office Agent to ensure a relaxing and effortless guest experience from arrival to departure. The role requires a warm, welcoming, articulate presence and a dedication to service across a 24-hour operation.

Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year in similar work, with guest or customer service experience, strong teamwork, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. A secondary language is a plus.

About you...

Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
