Job summary

Ridgeline, a front-to-back system of record for investment managers, is seeking a Lead Consultant for the Front Office team. You’ll guide traders and portfolio managers through discovery, configuration, and go-live, shaping growing portions of our business alongside client stakeholders.

You will work with clients to design workflows, configure Ridgeline tenants, and ensure successful implementations, contributing to a learning-focused, transparent consulting culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role (buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor).
• Solid understanding of investment instruments and full portfolio lifecycle.
• Experience implementing scalable, repeatable processes and educating customers on best practices.
• Strong client-facing interpersonal skills and ability to handle escalations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end from discovery through go-live with client leaders.
• Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients, including portfolio setup, data migration, and reporting, while educating clients.
• Develop expertise in the investment management domain and Ridgeline product to maximize client adoption.
• Partner with engineering and product to identify bugs, propose feature enhancements, and translate client feedback.
• Collaborate with integration consultants and project team to design, build, test, and deploy client integrations.
• Resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live, escalate when appropriate.
• Mentor and coach consultants as the Consulting organization scales.
• Domestic travel expected: 25-30%.
