Job description

Park Hyatt Washington is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Host to join our Rooms team.Not only will you be a part of an elite luxury service team, but you will be part of our hotel which was recognized by Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards as a top 10 hotel in the world!

Key Responsibilities

Front Office associates are highly visible colleagues who have a direct impact on creating the ultimate guest experience. This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Being responsible for the guest registration process as well as communicating hotel services and promotions
  • Engaging in casual conversation directly impacting the guest experience
  • Processing forms of payment
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in person and via phone
  • Providing consistent, luxury customer service to guests

Salary

Starting hourly rate of $23.50 per hour, based on experience
