Qualifications

• 1 an d'expérience en front office préféré.
• Expérience en service à la clientèle requise.

Park Hyatt Washington is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Host to join our Rooms team. Not only will you be a part of an elite luxury service team, but you will also be part of a hotel recognized by Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards as a top 10 hotel in the world!

Key Responsibilities

Front Office associates play a vital role in creating the ultimate guest experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handling guest registration and communicating hotel services and promotions
• Engaging in casual conversations to enhance guest experience
• Processing payments
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests in person and via phone
• Providing consistent, luxury customer service

Starting hourly rate of $23.50, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Preferred 1-year front office experience
• Required customer service experience
• Availability for full-time shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
