Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application or production support, software engineering, or fintech tech.
• Strong interest in financial markets, electronic trading and trading tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line production support for PMs and Execution Traders across OMS, EMS, FIX, APIs, and related trading systems.
• Monitor production trading systems, respond to alerts, incidents, and user queries.
• Investigate issues involving orders, executions, allocations, positions, market data, connectivity, and downstream trading workflows.
• Develop Python-based tools and automation to improve trading and support workflows.
• Support onboarding of brokers, trading platforms, APIs, and investment teams.
