Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Sales Associate for the Front Office Data and Analytics Sales team in New York. You will help drive growth by selling data, research content, and analytics solutions to existing and new clients.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, rapid learning of complex offerings, and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required as part of client engagements and workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing potential with the ability to learn complex data and analytics offerings quickly.
• Discipline in following up on client action items and maintaining CRM hygiene.
• Foundational financial services industry knowledge, including understanding buy-side clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end execution across new business development, account coverage, and product partnership to advance go-to-market priorities.
• Source new sales opportunities via proactive outreach and existing networks.
• Lead sessions to manage relationships, pitch services, and capture client feedback.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Sales colleagues to progress and close deals across digital offerings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for client accounts, platform products, and data content.
• Educate Institutional Sales teams on new offerings and develop messaging and talking points.
• Work with product groups to understand nuances and run campaigns.
• Facilitate client workshops to understand needs and shape roadmaps.
• Contribute to competitor and market analysis for targeting and positioning.
• Assist with basic client product issues and coordinate with technical teams when necessary.
