Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to interact at multiple client levels
• Discipline in CRM hygiene and follow-through on action items
• Ability to learn complex data/analytics offerings quickly and translate them to client value
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution across new business development and account coverage.
• Source new sales opportunities via proactive outreach and existing networks.
• Lead high-touch coverage sessions with large institutional clients and coordinate SME input.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Sales to progress and close deals across digital offerings.
• Align client priorities with internal product/content teams for commercial execution.
• Develop messaging and talking points for internal stakeholders on new offerings.
• Coordinate client workshops to shape Data & Analytics roadmap priorities.
• Contribute to market analysis to inform targeting and client conversations.
• Assist with client issues and escalate to technical teams when needed.
