The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact by phone and in person for all clients and guests. The role also provides administrative support to the Housing Department.
Most benefits take effect on the 1st of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
Paid Time Off includes approximately 3.5 weeks of accrued PTO during the first 24 months, 8 annual personal holiday/health days, 11 paid holidays, and a 6-day paid winter holiday break.
Additional benefits include WA State Paid Family & Medical Leave (0.8% of salary, employer-paid) and Workers Compensation Coverage ($395.20 - $3,591.33 per year, depending on class code). Taxes are approximately 9.8% of salary.
