Job Description

Under moderate supervision, performs a variety of front and back office duties in the clinic. Provides initial preparation of patients prior to the physician’s encounter, assists physicians in patient care activities, performs procedures under physician supervision, and provides health education under physician supervision.

  • Ability to interact with personnel at all levels within the organization and work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and an outgoing and pleasant demeanor.
  • Prior experience and demonstrated competence with patient or customer information systems.
  • Highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with hospital staff, patients, visitors, and other stakeholders.
