Job Summary:
Assist with the facilitation of daily operations of the dental practice, including coordination of patient care and scheduling, insurance verification, and patient billing. Provides efficient, courteous, quality customer service and patient care.

- Personally contribute to a culture that delivers an exceptional patient experience for every patient, every time.
- Ensures the telephone is answered in a timely and professional fashion.
- Helps ensure efficient and profitable operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, utilizing supplies cost-effectively, and posting patient charges accurately.
- Ensures all insurance is verified and communicated to clinical staff and patients.
- Ensures all financial obligations are communicated with the patient and properly noted for each procedure.
- Ensures all accounts are properly credited when payment is received.
- Follows scheduling guidelines to ensure a manageable and profitable schedule for the dentist and hygienists.
- Promotes a "team first" attitude by demonstrating positive and caring relationships and communication with coworkers.
- Actively participated in a recall program to ensure goals are achieved.
Basic Education, Training, and Experience Required:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- G Suite
Preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- CPR
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a dental office
- Microsoft office suite, open dental, scanner
