Job description

The Front Office Coordinator plays a vital administrative role supporting the efficient functioning of the Community Foundation, Regional Opportunity Initiatives, and CDFI Friendly Bloomington. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a productive, efficient environment by managing office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the ambassador for our organizations by welcoming visitors and callers, answering or referring inquiries, and ensuring the reception areas are ready to attend to guests
  • Handle email traffic for general e-mail inboxes
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain office contact lists and other administrative files
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and print materials, restocking as needed
  • Maintain the office in a clean and orderly fashion, including meeting rooms and kitchen, as well as overseeing office cleaning staff and serving as the key contact with building maintenance
  • Handle internal meeting set-up, including technology, supplies, and food/beverages, as needed
  • Manage space needs in the off-site storage unit
  • Provide administrative project support to staff as needed
