As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact, answering phones, greeting clients, registering and scheduling clients, collecting co-pays, and acting as a liaison between our mental health professionals and patients. We are committed to helping patients in our community experiencing personal, emotional, marriage, family, or psychological problems. You will play an important role by actively listening to patients' needs and showing empathy.
Nystrom & Associates is a team of mental health professionals specializing in psychiatric evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. Founded in 1991, we offer outpatient substance use disorder programs, psychological testing, behavioral health, and medication management services.
Must be able to work one of the following shifts:
