We have an opportunity for a service-minded Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our great-natured service team. The role involves training, supervising, and mentoring new hires, setting them up for success. You’ll interact with guests regularly and teach others to do the same, leading by example.
Pay Range $70,000-72,000
About You...
Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with at least 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
