We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and supports the smooth operation of our office. The Front Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17.50 - $24.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence efficiently.
  • Assist with the preparation of meetings and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office assistant or similar role in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
