Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Charlotte's Center City is seeking a Front Office Associate. You will handle guest registration, explain hotel services and promotions, and greet guests with the Hyatt hospitality standard.

This role is part-time and requires weekend availability. You will be the face of Hyatt, delivering warm, efficient service and assisting guests with payments and inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service or Hotel experience is preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Front Office associates are responsible for guest registration and communicating hotel services and promotions.
• This highly visible role has direct impact on guest experience and represents Hyatt.
• Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
