Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Front Desk Agent for The Lodge at Spruce Peak in Stowe, VT. You will be the face of the front office, greeting guests, handling registrations, and communicating hotel services and promotions with a friendly, informative approach.

Responsibilities include efficient check-in/out, payment processing, and answering guest inquiries. Prior hospitality experience and strong customer service are highly valued; high school diploma required with potential growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Technical proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong organization and time management discipline.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to add to our Front Office & Rooms Division team. You'll be the face of The Lodge at Spruce Peak and Hyatt as a Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Front Desk Agent is to provide friendly, efficient registration and information to all guests, fellow employees, and visitors. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
