Job summary

InterContinental The Clement Monterey in Monterey, California, is seeking a Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service from arrival through departure. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a friendly, professional demeanor in a luxury hotel setting on Cannery Row.

Responsibilities include efficient check-ins/check-outs, answering phones, assisting with reservations and directions, handling guest requests, and promoting hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Prior hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and hotel systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
