OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking staff to embody the Aloha spirit, assist guests, and manage check-in/check-out, registrations, and information requests for a seamless guest experience.

The role requires flexibility for overnight, holiday, and weekend shifts. Base pay and benefits included, with opportunities for growth within the company’s training programs.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Handles registration, phone calls, mail distribution, reports, monetary transactions, check-in/check-out and provides general information. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts (including overnight, holidays, and weekends) and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.

Base pay starts at ($25.60/hour - probationary rate; $30.12/hour)
