Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks a friendly hospitality teammate to assist guests with baggage, rooms, transport, and information. You will deliver amenities, maintain driveways, and coordinate deliveries while embracing aloha with a strong service focus.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $16.50 with tips and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid holidays, retirement plan, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads guests' baggage and delivers to rooms.
• Assists with arranging ground transportation for guests.
• Provides information to guests and delivers amenities as needed.
• Keeps driveway presentable and coordinates traffic/deliveries.
• Works flexible days and shifts with a service-minded attitude.

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Loads and unloads guests’ baggage and delivers them to respective rooms, assists with arranging ground transportation, provides information to guests, delivers amenities, keeps driveway presentable, and coordinates traffic/deliveries. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
