Job summary

Corwin Ford Spokane is seeking a Full-time Administrative Assistant / Inventory Clerk to support daily operations. You will answer phones, scan documents, enter new vehicle inventory, and process dealer trades in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive accounting and ADP/CDK preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Detail oriented with ability to scan and enter inventory accurately.

Responsibilities

• Examines sales/car deal contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements.
• Primary staff to answer phones and transfers calls using a good customer first attitude.
• Processes paperwork on a timely basis.
• Reconciles monthly schedules.
• Receive and scan paperwork for the Business Office.
• Processing new vehicle inventory coming in.
