Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods is seeking a Loss Prevention/Front-of-Store role in Rockford, IL. You will deter theft, wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and support store safety while collaborating with management.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in retail or security, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Starting hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.60, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper, professional front-of-store presence.
• Act as a visual deterrent to deter loss and dishonesty.
• Wear the approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing to management or service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
