Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Chicago is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to deter theft, maintain safety, and aid store operations. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and collaborate with store teams and LP to protect the company brand.

This role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior retail or security experience is valued, with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Respond to customer requests by referring to management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a manager.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
