Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional front-of-store stance and serve as a visible deterrent to loss.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform and body worn camera in accordance with policy.
• Greet customers, assist, and direct to management or service as needed.
• Observe, report suspicious activity, and document incidents in case management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps and adhere to all policies and procedures.
