Job summary

Newk’s Eatery in Meridian, MS is seeking a Front of House Team Member to deliver warm hospitality and outstanding guest experiences. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate service in a lively, team-focused environment.

Training is provided and advancement paths include Shift Leader, Associate Manager, and General Manager roles. Flexible schedules support school and family commitments while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked
• Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Support teammates throughout the restaurant to provide outstanding service

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
