Starting at minimum wage plus tips, this hourly, non-exempt position requires ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills; must be able to read and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds; able to stand for long periods.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Experience in a fast casual restaurant preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.
• Lead through service and support the restaurant team with integrity and values.
• Engage with guests at tables to exceed expectations and handle guest recovery when needed.
• Assist in preorder taking, order entry into POS, and packing of equipment/food.
• Maintain Health Department sanitation standards and keep the restaurant clean and inviting.
