Job summary

Stonefire Grill is seeking a Front-of-House Team Member in West Chatsworth, CA. You will work with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional dining experience, guiding service and guest interactions at the tables while supporting preorder taking and POS entry.

This non-exempt, hourly role starts at minimum wage plus tips. Applicants should be at least 16, with strong communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead through service and support the restaurant team with integrity.
• Maintain guest focus and service standards during shifts.
• Collaborate with managers and other team members to reach goals.
• Engage guests at tables and handle guest recovery when needed.
• Assist with preorder taking, enter orders into POS, and packing.
• Follow health department standards and keep the restaurant clean.
• Attend team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
