Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead through service and empower the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain guest and team focus on each shift with respect and loyalty.
• Engage with guests at tables, handle guest recovery with Management.
• Assist with preorder taking, entering orders into POS, and packing of equipment and food.
• Adhere to health/sanitation standards and keep the restaurant clean and inviting.
• Attend team meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.
