Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques and stay updated on new products and offerings.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity.
• Direct customers to the correct location based on the nature of their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, cashier counter, beverage prep area, and seating.
• Stock supplies and ingredients as needed, and notify management of low inventory levels.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
