CoffeeCo in Lititz, PA is seeking a friendly Cashier/Barista to handle transactions, prepare beverages, and help create a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced cafe. You will greet customers, answer questions about the menu, suggest items, and maintain high standards for drink quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Answer questions about menu items, recommend products, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques and stay updated on new products and offerings.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity.
• Directing customers to the correct location based on the nature of their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the cashier counter, beverage preparation area, and customer seating.
• Stock supplies and ingredients as needed, and notify management of low inventory levels.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
