Job summary

Crispelli's Pizza is seeking a customer-focused Barista/Cashier in Royal Oak, MI. You will prepare coffee drinks and food for customers while creating a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.

You are passionate about coffee and customer service, and you will stay organized, calm, and friendly to ensure exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, understanding the menu, mastering coffee prep, entering orders into the POS system, and keeping work areas clean

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification, or willing to obtain.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance with the brand standards.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
