Seaside Poke in Houston is seeking a friendly, energetic Front of House Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, assemble custom poke bowls, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, answer questions about items and allergens, resolve concerns, and work with kitchen staff to ensure fast, accurate service during peak hours while upholding food-safety standards.

• Assemble poke bowls and other menu items according to guest specifications
• Maintain proper portion control and presentation standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Refill ingredients and maintain organized prep stations
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations
• Restock utensils, napkins, sauces, and beverages
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists
• Adhere to all health department standards
• Work efficiently during peak hours
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members
• Assist with opening and closing duties
