The Front of House position is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly role with a varied schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This position reports to the Guest Experience Manager in the Guest Experience Department.
To deliver superior customer service and maintain a clean, safe, fun, and educational environment by engaging with all museum guests in the Welcome Center, Store, and Security areas.
1-2 years face-to-face customer service experience
1-2 years cash handling experience
Experience with Point of Sale systems (Altru experience preferred)
Experience working with children and families
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality or education preferred
$15.50 to $16.50 per hour
Position is entry level, part-time, with varied hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Reports to the Guest Experience Manager.
