Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be available to work between 32-45 hours/week.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or team lead is preferred but not required.

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assisting in training new hires and acting as a role model for the team.
