Responsibilities

• Ensure team members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
• Maintain accurate weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Maintain pace to meet the restaurant's speed of service guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean at all times.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure cashier accountability.
• Monitor dining room, restrooms, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
• Perform tasks as needed throughout the shift.
• Address guest issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Communicate performance and policy violations to management.
• Adhere strictly to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
