Job summary

Topgolf Fort Worth is seeking a results-oriented leader to guide a hospitality operations team. You will drive performance, coach staff, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality service and seamless workflows.

You'll promote an inclusive culture, enforce safety standards, and report on key team metrics. Flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential to keep operations running smoothly.
