Topgolf is seeking an experienced leader to guide a team toward performance targets in Allen, TX. You will mentor staff, monitor results, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth, high-quality service across varied shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma, proven supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team while upholding safety and policy compliance. Reporting on key metrics is expected.

• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Availabilit to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
