Topgolf Payroll Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a proven leader to guide a guest-focused team and drive performance. You will monitor and coach team members, collaborate with other departments, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Availabilit to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
