Then this job is for you! We are currently looking for an experienced restaurant Supervisor to join our North Myrtle Beach, SC location. Now you may be wondering what is the difference between a supervisor and a manager? I would love to tell you!

A Supervisor is under the supervision of managers and acts as a supporting role running the shifts with the Managers on duty. Supervisors help run the shift, touch tables, assist with guest complaints, and handle any issues that arise during the shift.

A Manager is present on the floor during shifts, assisting guests and helping where needed, but they are in charge of ordering, inventory, schedules, employee relations, etc. Managers have more responsibilities than supervisors.
