Job Summary

This seasonal, event-based role runs from April to September.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests warmly, taking food and beverage orders efficiently following service steps.
2. Delivering food promptly, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assisting guests as needed.
3. Understanding menu items, advising guests, accommodating requests, and knowing about diets and allergies.
4. Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Exhibiting excellent communication skills, flexibility, and patience.
6. Handling tickets and cash procedures properly.
7. Maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests.
8. Respecting confidentiality of personal or medical information.
9. Addressing complaints promptly and reporting to supervisors.
10. Preparing the dining area before and after service, maintaining sanitation.
11. Operating equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers.
12. Collaborating with other departments during special events.
13. Performing additional duties as assigned.
