Topgolf in El Segundo, CA seeks a hands-on leader to guide a hospitality and operations team. You will set performance targets, coach staff, and ensure a safe, guest-first environment while maintaining Topgolf standards.

You will work with other departments, report on key metrics, and handle guest concerns, scheduling, and training to drive smooth service and a playful, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.

Position Pay Range

Min 24.00 - Max 29.00
