Fireman Derek's Bake Shop in Miami, FL is seeking a Front of House Staff member to greet customers and help run a busy bakery counter.

You will decorate and serve pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and ice cream, bake cookies, pot pies and empanadas, make milkshakes and coffee, and keep shelves stocked. This role emphasizes teamwork and a neat, professional appearance.

About the Job:

Retail Bakery Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting Customers.
• Decorating and Serving Pie, Cake, Cheesecakes, Cookies, and Ice Cream.
• Baking cookies, pot pies and empanadas.
• Making milkshakes.
• Fulfilling Take-out orders.
• Making Coffee.
• Restocking Shelves.
• Cleaning.
• Washing Dishes and Utensils.
• Organizing products and taking inventory of products needed.
• Trash removal.
• Sweeping and Mopping.
• Cleaning of customer tables and seating area.

Details:

• The job pays to start at $10.00 an hour plus tips. You will be paid approximately $13.00-14.00 an hour with tips.
• Must work well with others; teamwork is essential.
• Wearing the proper uniform and being neat and clean at all times.
• This is a food service business, and being groomed and wearing your hair up or the use of a hat is always necessary.
