Job description

The minimum pay is $15 an hour but our FOH staff are making dramatically more money. The job requires all persons over 21 years old to package, sell, describe delicious gourmet cupcakes, desserts and awesome cafe foods. Do not apply if you are under 21 or if you’ve never worked with customers for superior customer service. Upselling is important.

Position Overview

This Front Of House role requires an outgoing personality and the ability to engage guests with strong communication. Upselling and providing a clear description of what we are (A Gourmet Cupcake Bar & Cafe) and what we do is essential to create an upbeat, fun guest experience and to increase tips for you and the team.

• The tips and wage for full time is approximately $600-$800 a week.
• Experience in customer service is a priority as well as actually enjoying serving customers, any and all!

Duties

• Your job would be to know what’s in each cupcake, box cupcakes, cakes, and some treats.
• Explain what we do as well as learn the register, clean up around the area, and help deliver food to guests\' tables and bussing tables. All include cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
• This is not an order-taking job, this is interaction with the guests and with other team members!
