Job summary

Legends Global is seeking Front of House Staff to warmly greet guests, provide event and venue information, and guide attendees to their seats across our on-site venues.

You will monitor areas, enforce policies, and assist guests with questions, challenges, or complaints while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide event and venue information.
• Escort guests to seating areas, often in low light.
• Enforce facility policies by monitoring stairs and sections.
• Proactively approach guests with questions, difficulties, or complaints.
• Resolve guest issues up to supervisor intervention when needed.
• Identify and respond to emergencies by contacting a supervisor.
• Remain calm and direct guests to safety during emergencies.
• Hours include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Front of House Staff

Position: Front of House Staff. Department: Front of House. Reports to: Front of House Manager. FLSA Status: Non exempt, Hourly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests and provide event and venue information.
• Escort guests to their sections/seats, typically in low light settings.
• Enforce facility policies (i.e., no smoking, no re-entry) by monitoring stairs and sections.
• Proactively approach guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaint.
• Creatively resolve guests' troubles up to the level where intervention by a supervisor is required.
• Identify and respond to emergencies by contacting a supervisor.
• Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency.
• Hours of work include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, meeting all call times as set by management.
• Other duties and unexpected needs as assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school degree or equivalent is required.

Working Conditions

Location: On Site – Van Andel Arena, Devos Performance Hall, Devos Place, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods at a time. Must be able to work outdoors.
