Job summary

Tacoria - Ridgewood is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth team performance, and strict adherence to brand standards.

You will supervise staff, manage cash handling, monitor food quality and presentation, coordinate tasks during peak hours, and coach new employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
