Qualifications

• Two years minimum management experience.
• Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC)
• Washington State MAST/Class 12
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Excellent guest relations with high satisfaction expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of house team during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with guests to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
• Hold staff accountable to service standards and guidelines.
• Assist in inventory control and waste reduction.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of facilities.
• Complete opening, running, closing duties and side work.
• Communicate updates and events to the team.
