Job summary

Domino's Pizza – Team Washington, Inc. is seeking crew members to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

You will greet customers, take orders, support shift management, operate POS, manage cash, prepare pizzas, stock stations, and help maintain high standards of service. This is a fast-paced role that emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• Ability to learn and use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in person or via phone and takes orders promptly.
• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during busy operations.
• Oversees cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Prepares pizzas and other menu items to specification.
• Assists management with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Trains and coordinates schedule with team members as needed.
