Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service for our guests. Responsibilities

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforcement of employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
• Providing or directing Front of House training
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff via daily feedback
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House staff
• Directing work: setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and goals, with contests and incentives
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
